Managers and TYW representatives throughout Europe, Africa, Asia and South America ensure that we have immediate on-the-ground support when it is needed. TYW tour managers work together with group leaders 24 hours a day everyday of the trip. All group leaders will receive safety-related information, full coverage insurance information and all emergency contact numbers prior to departure. All information, contacts, itinerary and air schedules are downloaded in the group leaders TYW laptop. All our hotels offer WIFI and so 24 hour connection is available to all group leaders.
