Preparing your child to travel can be a big undertaking. Knowing all the information is the first step. Travel Your World representatives and your child's lead chaperone have created a perfect itinerary and have considered all situations. For your peace of mind and confidence in the planning process you will need to know and will be provided with:

Hotel information, name, phone number and fax number

Detailed itinerary, day by day

Flight information and all land travel details

Safety and security measures with guides, hotels and airports

Daily communication between Travel Your World and with your lead chaperone.

Each lead chaperone will travel with a TYW laptop containing all information for each student participant, emergency contact information and access to the internet daily.

Exact costs of program and extra additional costs that should be expected for lunches and beverages.

Travel insurance is compulsory in order to participate on any TYW excursions. When traveling with us, your child will NOT be permitted to join the group without RBC Student/Youth Insurance.

Transportation: TYW uses only the best motor coaches, airlines, boats, trains, camels and other means of transport. Safety and comfort for your child is our highest priority.

Meals: Trying different cuisines is an integral part of a travel experience. We ensure that all students are given the opportunity to sample local specialities and are provided with nutritious meal options and ample portions.

Special meal requirements are available upon request The entire TYW team brings extensive educational and tour guide experience to all of our programs. Our knowledgeable, licensed guides are experienced and offer a wide range of questions related to your curriculum in history, culture, architecture, art, geography, and more. They are trained to anticipate questions from students and encourage them to explain their ideas by offering support and encouragement to explore new thoughts. With Travel Your World, you can expect our guides to always be with your group, have knowledge of the people and places that you will visiting and have 24 hour communication with our Canadian offices while you are traveling. All TYW guides are trained and / or CPR certified.
